Inputsystem with multicoloured illuminated Switches and info-windows From now on, we are able to illuminate the status indications from your inputsystem in different colours: In the basic version, the switches can be illuminated in 2 colors, optional in 3 or even in 4 different colours per switch. You have the choice of the following Led-Colours: Red, Green, Yellow, Blue and White. The illuminable switch surface starts from 14 x 14 mm up to 20 x 20 mm, the info-windows up to 40 x 40 mm, lightable in 5 different colours. On your request, we check also the feasibility of other dimensions. Also by daylight, the illumination is very well recognizably, therefore you can choose this new technology (European Patent pending) for the most of your applications. The systems height of 10 mm, allows the integration of additional displays (Led or LCD), customized rim-embossing and interchangeable lettering are already state of the art. |

Hightech and Design in a perfect combination We have developed an unique keyboard for the first cylindrical fridge. The layout of the keyboard needs nine layers which are laminated layer by layer into the housing carrier. The difference in length between the first and the ninth layer constitutes 2.2mm, that requires highest precision during the assembly. All keys have a tactile feedback in the airdome technology. The visual feedback is taken place by integrated leds. |

Application in heavy environments This hand terminal for machine tools has to satisfy high requirements regarding functionality and robustness. This is ensured by a FR4 - PCB with 2.4mm thickness. The key contacts are located on the front side, keyboard electronic and all the leds are mounted in SMD on the backside of this PCB. Together with the integrated studs, this keyboard is also the housing carrier at the same time. The EMI protection is guaranteed by the additional polyester layer, printed with conductive silver- and carbon ink. To achieve a perfect tactile feeling, all the switches are high embossed and equipped with snap domes of 2.8 N activation force. |

The ideal application for a short-travel switch keyboard Reliable mechanical integration and highest functionality are the attributes of this control panel. We laminate the overlay directly in the milled recess of the aluminium support. All the edges from this support plate are visible and therefore structure painted as a individual design element. All key surfaces are high embossed. The short-travel switches and the electronic components are soldered on the backside on the PCB. |

Illuminably short-travel switch keyboard in flat construction The display glass flush mounted with the overlay, a total height of max. 6 mm, all key-frames and lettering illuminated, this have been the customer requirements to our design team. The conductive coated display glass must be gradate-milled, glued into the 6mm thick aluminium support plate and precisely flush mounted with the overlay. The illumination of the frames and the lettering is made by indirect working light conductors and the overlay is equipped with a special light spreading coating. The SMD short-travel switches are placed on the front side of the PCB. |

Membrane keyboard as supporting element The specific at this keyboard is the double-side milled support plate which guarantees a perfect installation of the display and the PCB as well as a properly matching final assembly. The membrane keyboard is mounted in the frontsided recess and the overlay covers the gradation millings of the aluminium plate . All the keys are rim embossed. This allows fast and precisely operations. |

Membrane keyboard with electro luminescence back illumination and integrated touchscreen The main requirement at this input system for the railway technics was a central operation as well as a touchscreen function together with an additional switch performance that allows quick system inputs beside the touchscreen software. The touch screen gets directly assembled in the milled recess of the aluminium support plate whose black anodisation awards the design a special grade.The backside gets coated with a yellow passivation which is electronically conductive and provides with the covering cap a continuous EMI protection. To ensure the function of the input system even in the darkness (night use, tunnels), the function keys are illuminated from the backside with an electro luminescence foil (EL). The mebrane keyboard is embedded in the milling which frames the touch screen. The keys are hard-faced with snap domes, activated at a pressure of 2.8 N. |

Short-travel-switch keyboard with illuminated keys Illuminated keys permit safe operations in the darkness, together with extensive software functions, this are the impressive characteristics of this input system. The switch areas are completely illuminated in the colours red, green and yellow. Status indications, flash frequency and the installed watch are controlled by a customer specific developed software. All switches and the complete electronic are placed on the same PCB. This board, precisely assembled on the backside of the aluminium support plate, results in a perfect tactile feedback of the short-travel-switches. The front of the keyboard is made in aluminium with a thickness of 2 mm with the function of a finger guidance. |

We speak about a medical technology pump, operated with not less than 20 keys. The housing, made of stainless steel, represents an additional design element. Touchscreen Input systems This product is a complete input system solution, made of an aluminium housing with integrated touchscreen. The aluminium housing is punched, bent and anodised in the natural color. The force-fitted studs are required for the fixing of the display and the PCB. The overlay at the front gets laminated overall the touchscreen and the aluminium housing. Due to stability reasons, the touchscreen needs to be glued circulating with the aluminium housing. |
