19-inch-rack-housing for ventilator systems For the bottom of this housing on which six high performance ventilators are mounted, we use aluminium (AIMg) with the thickness of 3mm. The cap is made of aluminium in a reduced thickness of 1.5 mm. Bottom and cap are CNC punched and CNC bent, afterwards equipped with studs and nuts. For the force fitting of those elements we work with the most recent supply automats. The surface of this housing parts is anodised in the natural color. The frontpanel is additionally printed in the under anodising technology. |

Modular housing system For this application, a typical example for our housing system technology, we use aluminium (AIMg) with the thickness between 0.5 to 5.0 mm or steel with the thickness of 0.4 to 2.0 mm. If aluminium is used, the housing surface and the lettering will be anodised. The anodising layer, including the lettering, is more scratch resistant and highly corrosion resistant. The inside of the housing can be treated electrically conductive in Alodine. Even a partial anodisation and alodination is possible. If steel is used, the surface can be galvanized, varnished, powder coated and printed in the screen process procedure. After the CNC punching, cutting or milling or rather the mechanical machining, we bend the housing into the requested shape. Therefore we have the recent Bystronic equipement for customized bendings. |

Unlimited varieties of solutions Due to our large vertical range of manufacturing processes, we are able to react flexible on customer requests. Aluminium in thicknesses up to 10mm, especially frontpanels with cut-outs, gradation millings, facets, drillings, threads and countersinks are processed in our CNC milling - and drilling centers. Even for the force fitting of the studs, sockets and nuts, we have the most recent production lines for our disposal. |

Pleasing shape – superior function This front plate made of 4 mm thick aluminium (AlMg) is CNC-milled and –drilled. The surface and all visible edges are structure-painted for an expressive finish. Whatever the requirements of our customers will be, we will find the appropriate solution. |
